Terms of use Effective date: 20 September 2026. These terms cover your use of Omnimule, operated by Omnimule. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Contact support@omnimule.com with questions. Omnimule is in closed beta. Hosted sign-in uses GitHub and is limited to allowlisted email addresses and platform administrators. We decide whom to admit and may revoke beta access. Allowlist removal takes effect at the next sign-in. A waitlist request is not an account, an invitation or a promise of access. Paying for a subscription does not bypass admission. You bring your own AI provider accounts. Each provider's terms, charges and usage limits apply to your use of that provider. Use only accounts and resources you are authorized to use. You are responsible for the instructions you give, the work you run, and checking AI output before relying on it or sharing it. You are responsible for your Native Host and what runs on it. The Daemon can run tools, change files and operate a browser with the permissions you give it. Secure the machine, control who can access it, and keep backups of work you need. Use Omnimule lawfully and do not use it to access systems or information without permission. We do not host your Native Host chat transcripts. Chats, skills, provider logins and Host Browser contents live on the Host disk. Core keeps organization records and a chat index. Omnimule is not a backup service for your local work. Installing Desktop or the Daemon is optional. The Daemon is the signed runtime on your Native Host; Desktop is its window. The downloads page offers Desktop installers and a curl command that installs the signed Daemon: curl -fsSL https://omnimule.com/remote/install.sh | sh. Review an installation command before running it. An unpaired Desktop works locally without an Omnimule account. Enrolling the Host enables remote control through Gateway. Closing the Desktop window or quitting Desktop does not stop the Daemon. If you subscribe, Polar processes payments for your organization's subscription and seats. The price, billing period and subscription conditions shown at checkout apply. AI provider charges are separate. Contact support@omnimule.com for billing help or questions about cancellation. The beta is provided as is and as available, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, accurate AI output or fitness for a particular purpose. Features may change or be withdrawn during the beta. Nothing in these terms removes rights or protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. For access, billing or other service questions, email support@omnimule.com.
