Privacy policy Effective date: 20 September 2026. Omnimule operates this service. Contact us at support@omnimule.com about privacy or your information. Our public marketing pages are static. They have no analytics, sign-in or waitlist form. Request access links take you to /waitlist on the product site. Marketing does not collect your waitlist email. The waitlist asks only for your email. We trim spaces and lowercase it, store it with request and mail timestamps, send you a receipt, and notify the Omnimule operator. Repeating a request with the same email does not create another entry. Joining the waitlist does not create an account or grant beta access. When you sign in with GitHub, we receive your GitHub account identity and email, including the profile information GitHub supplies, such as your name and avatar. Better Auth manages authentication and sessions. The product site uses session cookies to keep you signed in. Hosted access is limited to allowlisted email addresses and platform administrators. A Polar subscription does not grant admission. Core, our Convex backend, stores account, organization and membership records, Host enrollment and project records, the access allowlist and waitlist, and billing evidence such as subscription status and seat count. It also keeps a chat index: titles, Host and organization associations, provider kind, status and activity times. We use these records to manage access, organize work and administer subscriptions. Your Native Host stores your chat transcripts, skills, AI provider logins and Host Browser contents on its own disk. We do not collect these into Core or host a cloud transcript archive. An unpaired Desktop works locally without an Omnimule account or Gateway connection. Enrolling a Host enables remote control through Gateway, which carries commands and content between your client and Host. Local storage does not mean that remote use sends no content over the network. Your AI providers receive the prompts and other content you send them, and websites you visit in the Host Browser receive normal browser requests. Their privacy policies apply. We use Convex for Core records, GitHub for sign-in, Polar for payment processing and subscription billing, Vercel for hosting the public sites and downloads, Resend for email, and Fly for Gateway hosting. These services process the information needed for their roles. Hosting and network services may process request details such as IP addresses and technical logs to deliver and protect the service. Production mail comes from Omnimule <hello@omnimule.com>. If you contact support, we receive your email and the contents you send. To ask for deletion of your account or waitlist information, or removal from the access allowlist, email support@omnimule.com. We may need to verify the request. Allowlist removal prevents the next sign-in; it is not deletion of your records or files on your Host. Deleting hosted records does not erase local Host files or records held by your AI providers. We will explain any records that must remain for billing or legal obligations when handling your request.
